Peter Calpakchiev
Lawyer, registered at the Sofia lawyer’s college. His career starts with a six-year practice at the legal unit of the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, where he acted as procedural representative of the Office at litigation of intellectual property claims. Within the same period, he was also a representative of the Office at the Committee on Budgets and Finance of the European Patent Office in Munich.

A patent expert in the field of chemistry, biology and microbiology with seventeen-year experience at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria and nine-year experience at the Medical Academy in Sofia and at the Military Medical Academy in Sofia. With competencies in pharmacy, medicine, cosmetics, veterinary medicine and the production of plant protection products.

Lawyer and law professor with 40 years of professional experience in the field. Focused mainly on the preparation of legal analyses, strategies for protection of intellectual property and the overall maintenance and management of a client’s IP portfolio, as well as in the procedural representation in administrative proceedings before the relevant authorities and institutions in the country.

Gergana Atanasova
Financial expert and consultant with 14 years of experience in the development and management of projects funded by EU programs, with main focus – the Rural Development Program (RDP), incl. projects for modernisation of agricultural holdings (including machinery), projects for processing of agricultural products, infrastructure projects, those related to the introduction of renewable energy sources, etc. She has in his practice over 150 successfully developed and implemented projects in the two programming periods 2007-2013 and RDP 2014-2020. Works on the preparation of financial analysis, research, consultations and evaluations of companies, on the development of financial models, business plans and forecasts, in connection with the preparation and management of business projects supported by European Union funding programs.
